servings of protein food like beef chicken yoghurt and cheese.

Daily exercise at a regular time. You start by doing a simple
walk in the morning, ride a bicycle or my favorite put on some
music and dance your heart out. You can also take some time out
and do some sports with your friends.

Take good care of your personal hygiene. Take regular baths, trim
your nails, wash an style your hair, brush and floss your teeth.

Always learn something new. You could learn a new musical
instrument like a guitar or a piano, learn a new language or a
new form of dance that you always wanted
to learn but didn't have the time to.

There might be some things that you always wanted to do but
couldn't either due lack of time or due to lack of confidence.
Make a list of all those things and start working on them one by one.

or your garage you should go and start doing it. If you were
putting of paying some bill or writing some letter you should go
and do that.

Start doing things that you think make use of you inherent

other similar things.

Make your meals a special time for yourself. While having meals
turn off that television put your phone aside, set the table even
if you are eating alone. Make the dishes that you love or order
some of your favorite stuff and have it listening to your
favorite music.

Donate! Is your home, or closet a cluttered mess? If you haven't
used it let alone seen it for at least 6 months, get rid of it!
Donate it, give it to someone you think needs it, such as a
shelter. When you clutter your home you clutter your life. You
need to grow right now, and you wont be able to grow if you don't
have the room to grow. You will be absolutely amazed at what you
will accomplish and what life will give back to you in return. Do
it and create miracles.

Share your time with others. Ok, so how does this help you? When
you give to others you will literally get back 10 times fold. Let
alone the feelings of joy and appreciation you feel that will
make your day. Maybe you have a friend who just had a baby? Pick
up a coffee and a bag of diapers and suprise her! No babies? What
about a homeless shelter or even pet shelter? Most of those are
run by volunteers, and if they aren't, then trust me they would
appreciate the help!

Subject : Change Negative Thoughts Into Positive Ones

You may have grown up listening to negative things about
yourself, and although you don't realize it this thing manifests
itself in your mind. And by the time you grow up, not realizing
you start giving negative messages to yourself. After sometime
you start believing these negative messages, this makes you feel
bad about yourself and starts lowering your self-esteem. Some of
the most common negative messages that people say to themselves
are ' I am a jerk', 'I am a loser', 'I never do anything right'
and no matter how unreal and untrue they may be people start
believing these things.

They come up in various circumstances, e.g. if you get an answer
wrong you say 'I am so stupid'. These sentences may also include
words like ought, should, would or must. You start giving
yourself these negative messages without even being aware of it.
You should start paying attention to them.

You could carry a small diary with yourself as you go about your
daily routine and jot down the various negative thoughts as and
when they come. When you notice a few of them, you will start
noticing some more and more of them.

After jotting down these thoughts when you are in a favourable
mood you should ask these questions to yourself

Are these messages really true?
	Why am I saying all these things to myself?
	If it makes me feel bad about myself, why do I say these things?

You can also ask your close friends and family members the same
question. The next step you will have to take is to replace these
negative thoughts into positive ones. The human mind can only
think one thought at a time so if you are thinking good things
about yourself there will be no space for negative thoughts. You
should stop using negative words such as tired, bored,
frightened, never, can't and start using positive words such as
happy, peaceful, loving and warm.

You can work towards replacing the negative thoughts by positive 
ones by negative ones by repeating these positives thoughts again 
and again and whenever you get a chance sharing them with another 
person. You can write them over and over.

Changing negative thoughts to positive ones requires a lot of
patience and persistence even if you work towards this for 4-6
weeks will receive great results.

Tomorrow is the last day of your course.  I hope that so far you

increased self esteem and self worth.

The following things will make you feel good about yourself. Read

ii) Make a list of five of your greatest achievements in life so

B) Reinforce your positive image. For this you will need a pen,
paper and a timer clock. Set the timer to 10 min, write your name
on top of the paper and start writing all the positive things
about yourself. You could start by listing all of you talents,
things you have done to help others, your academic achievements,
your strengths. Avoid making any negative statements. Your
thoughts don't have to be organized, just write whatever comes to
your mind as only you will read this paper. After 10 min read
what all you have written, at first it will feel a little awkward
to read all those things about yourself but after reading it
again and again you will find it more appealing.

C) Develop positive affirmations about yourself. You could make
positive statements to yourself such as ; " I feel good about
myself. " I take good care of myself, eat right and do plenty of
exercises. " I am a good person. " I deserve to be alive. " "
Many people like me. "

Make a list of these affirmations and keep it in your pocket and
read them over and over as much as you can and also share them
with other.

D) You could make a celebrity scrapbook for yourself. It could
include all your pictures from all ages, writings you like all
your mementos, birthday cards you have received. You could also a
make a special space for yourself that reminds you of the special
person you are.

Title:  How I Cured my Facial Blushing with the Power of the Internet

I downloaded a copy of "Stop Blushing, Start Living" from a website called <a href="http://www.stopblushingcure.com/hg/?a=">www.stopblushingcure.com</a>.  I paid $25 and I was reading it within a minute. What can I say,  I was instantly hooked after reading the sales letter and then feeling the sincerity of the author. Right from the Introduction where the writer explains what various ill effects of Blushing in your life cause, it was as if I was reading one real incidence after another that happened to me when I had the problem of chronic blushing. I really wanted to know what caused blushing, as I had no previous history of being anxious or getting flustered very easily before.  I wasn't shy, nor did I lack self confidence or have self esteem problems.  Yet every time I blushed I felt like everyone would assume that I did, because typically that's what I thought of other people if they blushed.  So why after 17 years of being blush-free I guess you could say, was I all of a sudden blushing over everything?  Then I realized it was like a domino effect.  The first time I noticed my blushing, it seemed to get worse right after that, mainly because I was afraid that I would get caught blushing again!   What I have learnt since though, is that I had developed a phobia, called Erythrophobia.  Which is actually a fear of blushing, that causes blushing itself!  It's a catch 22, but it's real folks. In fact, many people suffer from this and have no idea they have it!  If I hadn't read "Stop Blushing, Start Living" I would probably gone my whole life never knowing I was living with this. As I finished the first chapter, which is fairly interesting and keeps you hooked by its explanation of the ill effects of Blushing and how it decreases your self-confidence and even cause major depression, I understood what a major problem I was actually dealing with, so I was impressed with the choice of book that I had made. The first chapter, although being small, is fairly important and lays the ground work for the next section.

The next section deals with mostly causes and symptoms of blushing. Each and every page provides important and well explained background information, and I was surprised by the various causes that had been given such as Alcoholism, Fever, Menopause and many others. In fact, one of these causes explained, was one that must be the reason for my own blushing problem, I learned. Symptoms are explained in adequate detail, without getting too technical, so it doesn't sound like a psychiatric lecture and you're never lost.

The rest of the book is geared towards various cures, and there are many mentioned. Right from permanent ones such as surgery and its side effects, instant gratification methods such as medicines and creams,  to some of the more unconventional ones such as hypnosis, control breathing, mind power, natural remedies and SSRI.  I found my cure in medicines and I am really thankful for that.  The rest is essentially concerning living a normal life and how life changes after the treatment of blushing, it makes for an interesting read and gives you some hope for the future. There is life after blushing!

Although it was a great book, I personally I would have liked it to have a little more information on the anatomy of blushing, but that's only because Im a medical student and its only natural!  In the general the eBook is totally worth your money and anyone having problems should take one of these.  It will really help you out in more than one aspect of your life, and its guaranteed!
